I just had to share this! I was driving home from work yesterday evening and happened to be behind a large flatbed truck on the Interstate. Printed on the back of the truck's cab was the following phrase:
God Oversees All Loads. Beneath that was the word
Goal.
It made me smile. How often had I worried myself silly trying to figure things out on my own? In fact just that day, I had been mulling over how I was going to juggle multiple projects I'm working on and thinking that there weren't enough hours in the day to accomplish all I dreamed of accomplishing.
But the statement on that truck reminded me that I don't have to do the heavy lifting. If I take time to connect myself to God and trust in Him, then He will lead me in the way I should go. After all, He's overseeing the load!
I felt like the statement on the truck was God's way of saying, "Slow down, girl! You be you and you just let me be me." A reminder of that fact is always good.
