And this scripture too…
Therefore, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God (1 Corinthians 10:31).

WOW…this video is awesome. I’ve shared it with my family. I found this website in a search for “Christian weight loss programs” some time ago and just sat on it. I did become a member on Facebook but haven’t participated. When I came back to this site, I was energized and mentally ready to begin to allow the Lord to heal me. My family and I are now in the beginning phase of using the tools on this site to begin healthier lifestyles. Our body is our temple and I thank God for this ministry.

I was especially encouraged when you said that having peace, walking the way of the Spirit to produce fruit would not always be easy, but that God would give His Strength to fulfill the path and decisions that are right. All glory belongs to Him. I believe if we succeeded on our own strength we would not acknowledge our need for Him. In the end, it makes us long for heaven even more. Come quickly Lord Jesus!
