Focus Scripture
“And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart.” – Galatians 6:9 (NKJV)

Reflection
There are days when progress feels slow. Days when your effort feels invisible, and the scale of change seems too great. But the Word of God speaks directly to those moments of weariness:
“In due season, we shall reap if we do not lose heart.”
Just as a farmer must plant, water, and wait before seeing a harvest, so must we trust God’s timing in the transformation process, body, mind, and Spirit. The results may not show up right away, but every wise choice you make is a seed:
- Every meal that nourishes instead of numbs
- Every workout done when you’d rather rest
- Every time you choose prayer over giving up
All of it matters. God sees it all.
And He promises: If you keep sowing in faith, you will reap a harvest. The “due season” may not come when you expect; however, it will come. Your job is not to determine the timing. Your job is to keep going, fueled by trust in the One who makes all things grow.
So today, plant your seeds with joy. Water them with praise. And know this, your harvest is already on its way.
Reflection Questions
• What seeds of faith and action am I sowing today?
• In what area of my life do I need to keep going, even if I don’t see results yet?
Prayer
Lord, thank You for the promise of a harvest. Strengthen me when I feel weary. Help me to stay faithful in the small things, trusting that You are working behind the scenes.
Teach me to honor You in the sowing and trust You for the reaping.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Action Step
Reflect on one area in your life where you feel tempted to give up. Write down a short affirmation rooted in faith that you can speak over yourself when discouragement comes. Then, ask the Lord for strength to keep sowing good seed and take one small action today in that direction.
