Stop Night Cravings: A Christian 3-Step Reset

Night cravings can feel overwhelming. The kitchen seems louder than your peace, and it feels like you can’t rest until you grab something sweet or salty. But there is a simple Christian way to reset those urges, calm your mind, and close the kitchen with peace.

In this short video, I share a 3-Step Night Cravings Reset that combines prayer, practical nutrition, and a calming evening ritual. You’ll discover how to pause and pray, how to tell if it’s true hunger or an emotion, and how to finish your day in God’s presence rather than in the pantry.

Here are the 3 Steps:

  • Pause and Pray (name the feeling, invite God in)
  • Protein + Fiber Fix (if it’s true hunger)
  • Kitchen Closed Routine (water, brush teeth, worship, journal)

Optional: Grace Reset (Romans 8:1 if you’ve already slipped)

A Gentle First Step Many Women Take

Many women begin their healing journey by simply learning to notice what their eating may be communicating.

The Healing Insight Audit was created to help you gently discover what your emotional eating may be signaling so you can respond with clarity and peace.

Instead of focusing on strict rules, this reflection helps you understand what may be happening beneath the surface.

You can begin that reflection here.
