The Ultimate Secret to Weight Loss Success

We all know that losing weight is easy; keeping it off is the challenge. But I have figured out how everyone can become a weight loss success story...permanently. Best of all, it is simple. Want to know the secret? Make getting healthy automatic. The secret allows you to take advantage of a fact all of us know about human nature, but rarely apply: we are creatures of habit. Habits are formed when we see an action as easy, fun, or both. How are good habits formed? By practicing the same things over and over again. It's how you gained weight: you practiced habits that made you gained weight day after day and over time, the excess weight showed up. To lose the excess weight, you need to practice habits that help you shed pounds, day after day and over time, the excess weight will leave. Here are some habits you can form to make getting healthy automatic. Trade in your soft drinks for water. Have a water bottle at your desk with the amount you want to drink during the period you are at work. Make it a game to finish it all before you leave. Keep fruit that doesn't spoil easily (apples, oranges, pears) at your desk so you will have something to snack on when you get hungry. Helps you avoid the vending machine. Take a 15 minute walk after every meal. Prepare your food for the week on the weekend. Separate servings into individual sizes and place in the freezer. That way, you can have something easy to grab for meals during the week. Those are just a few things to get you started. You are a fit, lean person now so you need to make the process as easy as possible for yourself. The easier you make it, the more you will stick with it. Sticking with it is what makes weight loss permanent. Kim
