Women of wisdom

Sunday night, I had the honor and privilege of speaking at the 'Women of Wisdom' meeting at my church. We had a great turn-out and a Mistress of Ceremonies who is truly on fire for the Lord. She set the tone for the evening by playing the song, "I am Healed." Then I spoke, giving the 7 steps I took to regain my health, and showed the group pictures of how I looked before I took steps to take back my own temple. During the meeting we stretched, shimmyed, and some even hula-hooped! It was a lot of fun and the joy of the Lord was in the house. I finished the presentation by reading the women a letter from a book called, 'His Princess: Love Letters from your King'. It was a wonderful letter that emphasized how much God loves us and longs for us to see ourselves through His eyes. When I finished speaking, the women even graced me with a standing ovation. I was humbled by their response. They had many questions about health, which I was happy to answer. They even taught me some things! We all shared our wisdom last night and it was a beautiful thing to see. We truly lived up to the name "Women of Wisdom".
