Increasing your Confidence in Prayer (68-Word List)

I belong to the Intercessory Prayer team at my church and on a recent call, I was asked to pray on the topic, “Honoring God During Challenging Times.”

While the unknown can leave us feeling unstable during life challenges, stability comes when we focus on what is known about God!

Jesus is the Rock on which we build our lives. He keeps us steady during times of shaking. He is the same yesterday, today, and forever.

So, on the prayer call, I used a word list that I had gathered from the Bible that describes God’s character. I wrote about each of these words in a 2-part devotional series (with part 3 coming soon) called ‘My God is Awesome.’

I hope these words will remind you of why you can trust God during challenging times and increase your confidence in prayer.
