A few years ago, I taught our New Members class at church and gave them a visual quiz. I showed them 2 apples: one real and one fake. I asked them to tell me which apple was real. Can you tell from the picture below?
It’s hard to see the difference, isn’t it? Although they both look good, only the apple on the left is real.
My point was that we don’t want to give out fake Spiritual fruit at our churches or anywhere else we represent ourselves as disciples of Jesus Christ.
Fake fruit is only about looking “Christian” before others, but when they “taste” to discover your substance, all they get is a mouth full of dry styrofoam or plastic!
Real fruit is full of flavor and nutritional value to benefit other people.
My prayer for all of us is that we continue to grow in Spiritual fruits of love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. God is glorified as we grow in His love, knowledge of His word, and apply it to our lives daily.
We will then be full of juicy Spiritual fruit so that others can taste and see that our Lord is good!
I encourage you to chew on that as food for thought today.
Be Blessed with Health, Healing, and Wholeness,

Good Day Kim.
I believe that I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. I also know that only the Holy Spirit give life (John 6:63). I am grateful for the experience of our Lord and Savior ruling in my temple and bringing all in the complete order and wholeness.
A real wake up call to us teachers of the word! To live out a life of holiness and righteousness to prove the reality of our Lord and savior Jesus Christ in our own lives! Thanks Kim for reminder Lujah! !
